Dude knows how to sell a fight. I think it could do well at the gate.

Main Event: Floyd Mayweather vs. Keith Thurman
Co-Feature: Danny Garcia vs. Lamont Peterson

You just have to put an interesting co-feature fight.

I think Thurman vs. Maidana is the perfect co-feature for Mayweather's next fight but I really hope it isn't Danny Garcia, I would much rather see Mayweather fight someone like Ruslan Provodnikov.

Floyd Mayweather vs. Ruslan Provodnikov (Reality: Most likely, Danny Garcia)
        Keith Thurman vs. Marcos Maidana
Carlos Molina vs. Demetrius Andrade (Reality: Most likely, Cornelius Bundrage)
        Ishe Smith vs. Gabriel Rosado

I'd buy that card, I'm just not sold on Danny fighting Floyd, if only Danny beat Herrera convincingly then it would've been an easier sell or Floyd does the smart thing and moves his fight November.

        Floyd Mayweather vs. Amir Khan
        Keith Thurman vs. Marcos Maidana
        Carlos Molina vs. Jermall Charlo
        Ishe Smith vs. Gabriel Rosado

Now that would do the best business for Mayweather's pockets, Khan is the most legit option besides a Maidana rematch but most people want to see "El Chino" go toe-to-toe with "One Time".

Maidana's not interested in fighting Keith Thurman.

Since JMM is on a fight-to-fight basis with Top Rank, why not do this.

WBA "Super"/WBC Welterweight Championship: Floyd Mayweather vs. Keith Thurman
WBA "Regular" Welterweight Championship: Marcos Maidana vs. Juan Manuel Marquez

Throw Ishe Smith vs. Gabriel Rosado in there and J'Leon Love against Derek Edwards to get revenge for stable-mates Badou Jack's KO loss to Edwards.

That could sell and help Marquez's quest at another title in a new weight-class while not having to fight Manny Pacquiao and I think Marquez is waiting to see if Kell Brook can defeat Shawn Porter.

The GBP-Haymon situation still has to shake out. I think Maidana still might be a GBP fighter. Also, who is going to promote the show?

Thurman and Porter are serious danger for any welterweight.

Haymon fighters may well be the only choices for Mayweather's next fight if he stands firm not to do business with GBP, and Thurman could be a possible candidate.
