If Golota landed one of those rights before Peter could land his though, I think it would turn into a boxing match. I thought that was going to happen against Diaz.

He is being hyped as the second coming of Tyson. To me he looks more like the second coming of Sonny Liston, which is not too bad.

if i'm remembering correctly he's never been knocked out - the few times he's lost he's lost by decision... he's probably too old now but he's an amazing boxer.

i love toney too, but this guy has extremely heavy hands, he has true one punch power

there may never be another tyson, ill never compare peter to him, but he looks like a young george foreman to me, what do you guys think about that comparison?

Indeed he is either the new Foreman or Liston, but he lacks the technique of the young Mike Tyson in his prime training under Kevin Rooney.

No, because heavyweights are not really something I have ever got excited about. Peter will be here for awhile but he needs alot of work in my eyes before saying he will take out most of the division.

This seems to happen all the time a fighter comes in on HBO or Showtime and knocks out a few no hopers or journeyman and all of a sudden they are the next dominant champion. Samuel Peter needs more work before beating the top guys.

Sam isnt quite ready to fight the champ/paper champs (except Lamon) but he def. shows alot of potential and is a possible future champ. That may be about all we can say about him at this point though.
