Hearns usually says he's "in talks with Golden Boy", so I assume Porter must be contracted to them.

Last I checked he was an exclusive haymon guy, and considering GBP and haymon aren't working together anymore, I don't understand how he could be sanctioned to fight anywhere, let alone how the heck, anyone could have negotiated a fight for him.

There's no way GBP negotiated this deal considering what's going on.
