So my question is if he didnt get these "GIFT" matchups against handicap fighters would he even be relevent today? or if he had faced these fighters (minus Martinez as it hasnt took place yet) would he even get pass these fighters NON handicap version?

I totally agree with you, buddy. Kneeguel is a bum, and only fights handicap fighters; he got exposed long time ago by Mosley. She is just a gatekeeper, that is all.

I think Cotto's reign at 154 was very questionable. Foreman was a sitting duck, Margarito and Mayorga were both shot and damaged goods and he lost to Trout and Floyd. Not wishing to hate on him, but thats how it was.
