First off.... The Cotto fight was supposed to happen at 140 but it never did because Arum said Cotto wasn't ready even though Cotto was longer in the division than Floyd and held a title there. Cotto was at the Gatti fight and Floyd beat Bruseles who was Cotto's friend/sparring partner and was trained by Cotto's father. That was the fight to set up the Cotto fight. Even Cotto went on record and said he never persude a Mayweather fight back then. Floyd was the champ and Cotto was the challenger he never called Floyd out.
