You don't force your CEO out and prepare lawsuits against him if your company is healthy and thriving financially. Oscar probably decided to finally look at the books once he sobered up and realized they were hemorrhaging money. He even went so far to go to his main competitor on bended knee. Not the actions of an owner who's company is doing well.

Schaefer was acting on behalf of Haymon and his fighters, throwing Golden Boy money and dates at them and only probably getting a small fee in return instead of the usual promoter's cut (as they were not signed to GB as we now know). He was clearly colluding with Al to gut the company and steal fighters, so he wasn't too concerned about making Golden Boy money.

That's what Arum meant when he said Oscar found out Rich had been 'looting' his company. And the main man Glazer pointed out that red ink was flying all over the place after the Floyd-Maidana flop.

No way that business model is profitable.

No dividends does not have to mean no profit, it just means no excess profit beyond what is used to grow the business further. So if GBP is reinvesting what it makes in the company no dividends would come.
