So what. A lotta heavyweights could KO a middleweight with five days of training.

Good point on if he was that bad in camp he would not have made 160. But the footage does not lie, he was working out with the big guy at his rented house. Cheerios is a healthy snack high in fiber...

Yea but if he trained only 5 days he would not have been in position to even weight cut the last few days to make 160. The guy walks around at like 190-200

Exactly. Martinez whopped his ass from pillar to post for 11 rounds and embarrassed Chavez. Then Chavez lands a lucky punch and hurt Martinez but Martinez did what champions do and finished the fight.

Oh come now ROACH... Everyone knows Chavez was smoking weed then training by himself. Just because he wasn't training with you, doesn't mean he wasn't training for the fight.

I think Roach's experience with southpaws and having already fought Martinez is the best thing Cotto has in his preparation for this fight.
100% on here. The fact that hes studied Martinez before and has trained Pacman as a southpaw definitely helps Cotto here. I wonder if Pac sparred him for this fight? That would be the best thing for Cotto. I think Cotto can definitely pull this out.

Both true statements. Roach's claim would be much more embarrassing if Junior made that fight competitive. As it was, he happened to land a single good punch late in the fight. Big as Chavez is, it's no wonder he had Sergio on ***** Street.

Ironically, Freddie's statement reflects badly on him. He'll say anything to trash talk the opponent. lol
