Arum is consistent, he pisses everyone off and ****s everyone. Schaefer is a very schrewd business man, he recognizes the BS, Oscar bless his heart is a fighter not a businessman. Not sure what to expect as of yet. The landscape changes tho. If people really think the cold war is over, please remember that Haymon has a lot of fighters under contract, and Bob does not mess with Haymon, if Bob does not mess with you, he will not let you eat off his plate and vice verse, the only exception is Don King because they are the same age so they can relate to one another. Bob hates Haymon / SchaeferComment

I read the article, thanks for that. Did you find it interesting that Cotto kept mentioning Todd, and did not mention Arum not one time? Again, I think Arum is a snake. He needs to go. This is not the first time I heard boxers who have major issues with Arum, go and praise Todd. Obviously, Todd is not the problem.Comment

I deal with **** like this on a daily basis. I work in shareholder litigation. I'm actually working on a case now with this very issue.
Usually when a CEO resigns, he maintains ownership in the business for this very reason. If he were to sell his shares, they will probably structure it in a way that Schaefer would be subject to some type of earn out where his payout will be tied to the company's performance.Comment

One, I highly doubt he resigned.I deal with **** like this on a daily basis. I work in shareholder litigation. I'm actually working on a case now with this very issue.

Two, holding shares doesn't mean you can't get a job.Comment

For years people have been complaining about Mayweather's resume, and Haymon's involvement in the sport, to the point of wishing these dudes ill will at every turn, but fail to acknowledge their contribution to record breaking events, sensational fights resulting in upsets, and for the 1st time fighters actually having legitimate control of their careers inside, and outside the ring.
Schafer seems like the one who pushed for this dissolution agreement, and yet people are championing this as a victory for GBP, when the unknown is the only thing that company is facing. If Oscar maintains a good relationship with Haymon, I don't see no reason why his banner can't continue to put on quality cards, but assuming Arum and Top Rank are going to treat GBP as equals in business dealing going forward, remains to be seen...Comment
