The facts are simple: Froch and Chavez would be a huge fight, big Mexican star against a big British/European star. Ward against anybody would just be an average fight, Ward could not draw flies to a garbage can. Does not matter if you are the better fighter when you and your fights are dull and boring.

Froch/Jr in Vegas would be a great PPV. I'd buy it, and I rarely do that anymore... mainly because all my boxing friends have either croaked off, moved away, or their wives won't let 'em come over and split the PPV fee with me. HA!

The Degale fight has become intriguing to me all of a sudden, but I don't know what that matchup means to Froch. How much money would it take for him to put off his Vegas ideas?

JR was previously suspended in Nevada and hasn't fought there since. He hasn't really set up and made it the spot for his fights, but since this will be a surefire war, it feels like it would be a good buy.

I would travel for the chance to see Froch, and at the moment it appears that Carl could command a mini-army to rile things up and sell out about half the venue himself. I doubt it would be Hatton-like, but if he could bring at least 7k fans from the UK that would make it awesome

It would serve to legitimize JR as an opponent for Ward if he wins, and allows Froch to headline a relatively big fight in Vegas before Ward does. If Ward and Froch eventually end up rematching, someone is going to have to sellout that fight, and it's probably going to be Froch's job to do that.

Basically because the same reasons you use to why Froch shouldn't fight or worry about fighting Ward can be used for Floyd not fighting or worrying about fighting anybody f.uck boy.
