I believe e Joshua is clean and works out using different methods other than that of 99% of boxers today. That, combined with good genes, results in his aesthetics as we see them today.

It definitely is hard to imagine him looking the way he does alongside all the boxing training he does and the weight training its a clear case of overtraining if he is managing to do all the cardio, boxing training, and a full body workout 7 days in a week it's not that much really.

Looks at the state of those who have failed tests. Ortiz, the Furies, Toney etc.
They take drugs to close the gap.

There is nothing weird about his physical looks ,he has always done sports before boxing and has obvious genetic genes to put on muscle through boxing and weight training thats what his JOB is . It seems to me most guys questioning him have never lifted or trained themselves . Give me personal trainers /dieticians 24 /7 and it wont matter how much i train i would be a house if i purposely went that route . What it comes down to is boxers never used weights to the extent Joshua does bc they never knew how to incorporate it property without losing speed and stamina in the ring , i said this 20 years ago that weight training will benefit any type of athlete ,particularly fighters , and now you see the results with a great talent .
