You honestly think PEDs haven't developed in response to more advanced testing methods? Athletes with money, knowhow and the right connections will always be at least three steps ahead of any testing protocols, as recent exposes of big name athletes have shown. That was my point. Not that Joshua is on the exact same stuff that Jones was back in the early 2000s.

Drug testing is a sham and a smokescreen. All of those athletes caught up in the BALCO and related scandals were rigorously tested during their time in the spotlight and came out clean. It wasn't the testing that caught them out eventually but whistleblowers from inside the industry. Without that information to indict them these people would still be walking around as sporting heroes and not disgraced drug cheats. Bear that in mind next time you're extolling the virtues of Olympic style testing.

      Just keyboard warriors and Fury.

He is a british athlete not an American stop judging us on your standards.

A failed test in the UK would destroy his career.
Of course a failed test would destroy his career, which is why his handlers will make sure it never happens.

His being British has nothing to do with anything.

      • Dude is on the gear, anyone with a brain and a pair of eyes can see that. I'd so most fighters are on something but he's getting that real powerful stuff.

A bodybuilder that big couldn't go 3 rounds without passing out or having a heart attack.

Here's a comparison of Joshua with heavyweights of yesteryear and heavyweight fighters of the last few years. Which class does he look more comfortable in?

I only see one person on there that has been caught using. Alistair overeem. He's not a boxer either so yeah...I know the point you're trying to make but the argument fell on its face.

I think most people realise that Evander was juicing now.

Ok imagine Wilder gets banned for 1 year. (High possibility)

It will have zero affect on his ability to pull a crowd in the USA. The attitudes in the USA are that everyone cheats.

In the UK the attitudes are very different. A majority of your track team going to Rio have been banned for using PEDs before. In the UK they would be banned from representing their country for life.

That is the difference. You get a ban for missing 3 test dates here.

Obviously by the pro ranks there is no country to represent. The people very quickly get the daggers out for anyone who crosses that line.
