Povetkin is not flat-footed at all He doesn't dance around like he's being scored for gynmastics like Haye and he's stocky so maybe it appears that way to people who have only watched a couple clips of his.

I won't comment on "athletic" since that can mean just about anything...

His problem is simply size. No matter what ref you get in there Wlad isn't going to just voluntarily lose by letting the guy 5" shorter throw hooks at point blank range without clinching.

If Wladimir wants to beat Povetkin in a convincing fashion he should work very hard on his stamina and prepare a very special jab.

He's a fat slow plodding bum

Povetkin at HW is faster than Froch at 168.
Not that speed is everything but just a factual observation.

Golovkin is also flat footed and puts pressure very very well. You don't have to dance on your toes to move well!

Man you call Povetkin a bum? Let me tell you straight forward that he would punish Chisora, Fury and Price badly!!

If you do not see that Povetkin is a great fighter, than I can't help you anymore!

Come on, swallow your pride/ for oce, and explain me why Povetkin is a "bum". I really feel sorry for you if you can't appreciate his boxing. Did you even watch de Charr fight?

I am sure Povetkin would have been British I wouldn't hear this nonsense from you.

*You said fat?? Did you even watch the Charr fight before opening your mouth? I can't take you seriously...

If Povetkin was British he would probably suck though. Lets be honest.

Much softer mushier environment. His edge would be gone and he would be all light in the loafers like Haye and Groves. Froch has an earring.

Chisora and Price are certainly nowhere near Povetkin. Fury is still an enigma but he had previously showed that he's capable of doing very nice moves in the ring and making look himself ridiculously weak at the same time.

I would put Haye slightly above Povetkin and that's it.
