Froch has nothing for Ward, and I am not really a Ward fan at all.
Agreed. I can think of no way that Froch can beat Ward. Not in Vegas. Not in Nottingham. Not anywhere.

I doesn't mean that Froch doesn't deserve to be no. 1 though.

how can he be number 1 when the guy who dominated him when they fought is still at 168? froch fans needs to calm the fu$k down, he is no.2 in at 168 no doubt but all this talk about being no.1 is fu£ing deluded

        IMO

Froch had a great win last night, really rose to the occasion, and showed the difference between a domestic fighter and a world class fighter..

Froch is a clear #2 in the division, but he would get trounced by ward, and i think it would be by a wider margin than in the 1st fight..
Froch looked old, slow, and not good reaction time, his age has def caught up with him,, He did have enough left to defeat groves, but i think ward would pummel froch at this point..

Froch-chavez jr, hopkins, ggg, are the fights that froch has a chance to win, but ward would own him

People would all rather watch them, let the runners and clinchers go run and clinch.

So Ward can just fight a bum a year and maintain the no. 1 spot based on a head to head win several years ago?

I think that is so wrong.

Or he's still salty at what a runner and clincher did to his Hatton. One of the funniest KO's in many years.

Agreed. Ward has lost the number 1 spot through inactivity, Froch has been active constantly at top level, he is the next best active fighter.

Ward is the BEST....IMHO, atm he's the ONLY fighter qualified to sit on the throne once Floyd retires....that said, Froch is the BEST #2 in ALL of sports

I know Ward has been mad inactive.....and with every little Froch win we get the drunks still hungover from Froch's success lol.....I love Froch but Ward is definitely THEE MAN at 168.....ONLY a "L" can change that, NOTHING else

plus I was told that everytime BHop wins, Calzaghe's legacy gets an "add on" a few pluses so to say.....so I'm telling ya'll, there's NO WAY Froch can EVER be the BEST at 168 without beating Ward.....because everytime Froch wins, Ward's stock rises....I didn't make the rules, I just Play the game!! lol

Funny that if Bredis Prescott had gone back to the Colombia bum circuit after KO'ing Amir Kahn you'd have him higher ranked than the brit and Khan could do nothing about it.
