It's because he has Asian roots and is a ******.

I've seen plenty of posts on this site and had conversations with people that would attest to that.

Nothing to do with him being cocky. Other UK fighters are as cocky but they don't get booed in their own country. Difference is they're not ******.

there was a time in uk when asians would shy away from any type of arguments and would take the racist bull**** thrown at them, this was back in the 70s,80s.. now the 2nd generation are more loud and they all dont wanna be doctors, lawyers or dentists,

Khan is an elite level boxer, top 2 percent in the world. Anyone calling him mediocre has no grasp of reality.

Brits and other Euros try to pass themselves off as multicultural, but at the end of the day they have a strong Anglo identity.

A guy like Khan will always be seen as a foreigner. If Khan was American, that would be another story. We'd accept him as our own.

Funny thing is, Carl Froch was booed over two fights more than Amir has ever been on British shores despite being a much greater fighter but no one puts it down to racism. But if he was Pakistani people would be saying everyone's racist.

People need to accept that some fighters don't come across well in the media, Froch is one of them, Khan is another.

I'm not saying the racist element doesn't exist but if Khan came across real likeable, he wouldn't be getting the stick he does.
