I think we can all agree, Froch got lucky and was losing that fight.

It certainly was no Hagler vs Hearn!!

Not even close to the action we had with Eubank and Benn, good event but I think the hype maybe was a bit too much.

Groves has fought no one and was made look world class by an overrated Carl Froch.

      I think he should retire.
I agree. He was loosing the fight. I don't agree that shot was lucky. He already knew a few things about groves. In the last fight Groves got sloppy twards the last half of the fight and made mistakes. Froch showed poise and patience. If you pay attention to Froch he was looking for that shot when he saw that Groves was making mistakes and starting to slow down.

thats right the perfect feint left hook to put his feet inside of Groves to lure out a counter and open Groves up for the perfect right hand was a "lucky punch"

lol the punch was set up ... it wasn't no Sakio Bika windmill Hayemaker

Yeah if it was a Wladimir Klitschko fight we'd of been able to witness a master class of sheer ability and not blind plodding forward and blocking punches off your chin for your primary defensive.

We'd of likely seen a fair sized ring, that ring was way to small their should be some sort of official rule that prevents that kind of BS that ring was like a ring you'd expect under 16s to be fighting in but whatever helps Froch doe.

This poster doesn't agree the punch was lucky. Groves was ahead on points when he got knocked out but Froch as coming on strong. Froch had won the last three rounds and he was getting his punches in while Groves was tiring. I have no doubt Froch would have knocked him out if not in that round then soon. Groves was not going to make it to the final bell ending round 12 and there was nothing lucky about it. Froch was too tough and determined with too much stamina, power and skill for Groves. Outboxing Froch for a few rounds doesn't win him the fight. Froch has knocked him out twice and he would knock him out 5 more times if they fought 5 more times.

                Incase you didn't notice...

Groves was infact actually pacing himself and he wasn't tired, I know its surprising actually really shocking and a hard analysis to make!
So by you saying Groves was tiring in turn you're discrediting Froch's win, well done.

I hate it when fighters knock eachother out in fights.
I mean, it's just not what they plan or train to do..incredibly lucky.

If i was Froch i wouldn't be able to look myself in the mirror until i had offered Groves an immediate rematch. I mean Carl Froch being aggressive and going for a finish..who would of predicted that. He's just not that kind of fighter.

He must of found himself a rabbit foot or something on Saturday morning.

There are no lucky punches in boxing. These are trained professionals trying to throw shots that land and hurt their opponent. If they land, then that is mission accomplished
