Anyway, on the fight, it depends whether Golovkin's power would carry up. If it does, then I think he wins, if it doesn't I think Froch wins.

It surprised me to see Adama and Stevens last as long as they did with him, you'd have to think a SMW would have a better chance of lasting longer.
Adama fought only to survive and had decent speed and footwork so could keep away but yeah would have been better if Golovkin took him out earlier.

Golovkin walks him down, out-jabs him, maul him and stops him late.

Surprised that GGG is leading the poll.

People said the same thing when Froch fought Taylor.

I don't understand why people say that. I know sparring is sparring, but GGG spars with SMWs, LHWs, CWs and HWs, and hurts them (by their own admittance). When you drop Kovalev in sparring, you don't have to carry your power up.

These guys were on survival mode most of the fight. Froch would scrap.

Oh wowza. I didn't think the Limeys would be that hot on the Cobra... He would get blown out by GGG.

He has a punchers chance at best. GGG could both stop him and outbox him.

Weight is a non-issue, they're the same size. Froch's reach could be a huge problem, especially with his jab. It would be a hell of a fight, I think Froch takes the hard fought decision. Both guys would beat the crap out of each other.

Froch has a long jab, but he doesn't have the temperament to win rounds with it. He can keep you at bay with it a bit, but Froch is a balls fighter, not a skill fighter. Groves was outclassing him, and Froch had no solutions but to wait for him to get tired. He spent the whole fight getting hit with everything Groves threw at him.

That is not a game plan that would work with GGG.

GGG is not a one dimensional fighter like people seem to think. He isn't as easy to hit as people think he is, and he is much smarter than people think he is. GGG is so dangerous because he is so deceptive.

Froch is a good name building fight for GGG, I'd love to see that. Its not a difficult fight for GGG though.

exactly. he's built like a truck, but golovkin is actually around 5'11", and has long arms.

what's groves got that golovin doesn't? absolutely nothing. maybe he's natrually a slightly larger man, but not where it counts [chin, power, dimensions.] he's just heavier. golovkin hits harder, boxes better as you said, and has a proven chin.

groves had froch close to out. credit froch's g****fruit sized nuts that he was able to finish the first fight, and get a W.

golovkin knocks froch the f#ck out. it would be his last fight. there's no way in hell froch's people take that fight. it would be a dumb move. if you can get 80K people to pay to watch you fight george groves, you've got no interest in fighting gennady golovkin.

Golovkin annihilates Froch, I'd bet all my points on it

groves has one inch of height on golovkin, and maybe two inches of reach.

for the people saying that froch is "too big" and would win on those grounds, i ask, "why?"
