It basically depends on if GGG is big enough for SMW. If he is, he wins.

Froch would win by KO. GGG has never fought an A-class opponent, let alone beaten one. Froch would beat GGG worse than he beat Bute, another overhyped fighter who never beat an A-class opponent.

Safe to say GGG stops him unless the ref calls the fight when Froch jabs him.

Golovkin has a very underrated jab and an amazing footwork. He hits harder than Froch and is more skilled.

70-30 fight in favour of Golovkin to me.

Do some research before calling GGG a smaller guy, his sparring partners have to wear additional protection to stop them from pissing blood, he not short either at 5'10 or above.

He can **** hard (as hard as LHW's) and his boxing skills are severely underrated. I think he would pick Froch apart and whats worse is Froch's warrior style would fall straight into the hands of GGG while he unloads his nasty power shots.

It would be exciting while it lasted, however if Froch did get past this test he would seriously be considered one of the best SMW's ever.

Would he though? people would just say Golovkin is unproven, only one good win etc.

Anyway, on the fight, it depends whether Golovkin's power would carry up. If it does, then I think he wins, if it doesn't I think Froch wins.

It surprised me to see Adama and Stevens last as long as they did with him, you'd have to think a SMW would have a better chance of lasting longer.

Golovkin cracked Bute's chin in the amateurs so Froch could get Bute later :P

I think Golovkins ability to close the distance and cut of the ring while having good defense would negate some of Froch range superiority. Im leaning toward Golovkin but wouldn't be suprised if Froch managed to win by KO in the second half of the fight.
