Froch vs Golovkin : who wins?

Golovkin does have a pretty terrific jab, but Froch's is longer and he has become so good with it. If Golovkin could easily outjab Froch, he'd win easily because that would mean the reach difference means nothing.

Yea for now, I'd go with Froch. I've never seen him troubled by a pressure fighter. That's the style he looks best against. A fight I'd love to see tho.

If Golovkin could keep Froch on the outside I think he'd win. But I don't know how well he'd cope if he couldn't keep Froch off of him. Froch is no inside fighter either but exchanges at close quarters tend to go his way.

People who think Golovkin has a poor defence must surely be the same people who think Duran or Chavez had poor defences. Golovkin's defence is certainly not great but it is very good, he catches a lot of punches with his gloves and arms and judges range well too. It is easier (although still difficult) to have a great defence when you are predominantly a defensive fighter than if you are a come forward and aggressive pressure fighter.
I think Golovkin might be the man to knock Froch out. If Golovkin can't do it then I doubt anyone can.

Froch is a big dude, and could easily move to light heavy of needed.. GGG would be at a weight disadvantage on the fight night, along with height and reach.
Froch would keep him at bay with his long jab, and may even stop him late on.

I don't think that Froch would outjab Golovkin. The latter is a very smart fighter and knows how to move.

Would be an epic fight, but Golovkin has better boxing fundamentals than Froch. I got Golovkin on this.
