Donaire was cut badly in the early rounds bro, so bad that it should have ruled out as NC. Nonito just dont want to fail his filipino fans to watch the fight in one round.

it's a bad cut on the inside of the eyelid. the shadiness comes from the officials prolonging the fight until the 5th round so that they can award donaire the win rather than making it a no contest.

Donaire was definitely taking it to him. But this is a horrible way to lose a belt. He's giving him a rematch though so its all good I guess.

Luckily I still got Froch/Groves and Fortuna to look forward too.

Donaire stops him definitely in the rematch. I'm a Donaire fan, but im just a little upset at the ending. It was shaping up for a good/great title fight.
