Wow, dude, you sure like to flaunt your ignorance.

          1) Donaire vs Vazquez jr. was anything but close. Vazquez didn't win a single round clearly, and no more than three could be argued for him. But you probably didn't see the fight, so I don't blame you for not knowing such details.

          2) Donaire beat 10 current/former/future world titlists. Yes, you read that right, 10. He beat the consensus best fighter in two divisions. If that's what hypejobs do, then I wish there would be more hypejobs in boxing.

The Darchinyan performance is a bigger black mark against Donaire than the Rigo fight. Rigo is just a once in a lifetime fighter and there's always a chance that a natural counterpuncher like Donaire would look helpless against him.

The Darchinyan rematch was just appalling though. So bad it almost took the shine off Rigo's win. He saved himself with the knockout and he gets his due for that, but it was a dreadful performance. Donaire's fighting for relevance now and he cannot afford a defeat. Not by any stretch of the imagination.

Way to cherrypick one of his less impressive wins and going on a tirade about it...

Donaire beat Darch, Hernan Marquez, Mthalane, Sydorenko, Montiel, Narvaez (yes, I know he moved up in weight), Mathebula and Nishioka (yes, I know he was old). If that's not a respectable resume, I don't know what is.

But you are clearly one of those people who can only think in extremes. For you a fighter is either the GOAT or a hypejob. There's no middle ground.

                  Very true.

If he wins impressively, people will jump right back on his bandwagon. If he wins close... it will at least keep him in the mix. But a loss would mark the end of him as a world class fighter.
