It's commonplace. Champions often have rematch clauses.

I'm sure Groves would want a rematch if he were to lose on Saturday.
If he was to win, i don't think he had any intention of giving Froch a rematch anyway.

Since the IBF ridiculously reinstated Groves as the mandatory, he didn't have to agree to a rematch clause.

This prick. Carl froch didnt want this rematch. Its on record he said he doesn't want to go over old ground. He wanted jcc jr in vegas. The ibf his gredy promoter and his pay masters sky forced him into this. They knew this would generate 8 figures.

It was Hearn who wanted rematches -- they're big money in this case.

                and if it's a draw?

Hearn claimed he never asked for a rematch. Typical lying promoter.

Hopefully no Froch-Kessler III in 2015. Wouldn't surprise me at all though, especially if Froch loses. A "farewell match" in Nottingham against his old nemesis sounds predictable.
