Showtime has a 20-25% smaller share, so 800k for showtime is the equivalent to 950k for HBo, Still not great #s. For Showtime to hit 1 million viewers it seems it needs to involve one on their headliners Ina competitive match up. If not the numbers aren't that great. But it doesn't seem the #s have been to good for showtime this year seems they had a better year last year.

Only one person to blame for this nonsense, haymon
Stevenson
Guerrero
Charlo
All haymon
Showtimes next event
Guerrero
Russell Jr.
Alexander
All haymon fighters, that event will "struggle in ratings" too. All these fights, fans never asked for, Showtime is paying for, makes no damn sense.

They'll soon be less willing to pay Golden Boy/Al Haymon's boxers those extravagant purses.

If HBO and Showtime keep shortchanging their viewers by manipulation of competitors I see a migration away from the sport or fans using alternative viewing methods that won't compliment HBO or Showtimes coffers of bloated purses for average fights.
