There's no other compelling fights at 140. Might as well do it again.

if someone is coming at you throwing power shots most likely you'll hold. danny doesn't have great reflexes or athleticism. what else is he supposed to do? he's not a defensive fighter.

Matty was outfighting/boxing Garcia too before the eye...quite clearly. Hell, even Angel was panicking.

Dont forget, JSFD, in terms of of what Matty did to Molina it was quite brutal. Dude landed everything and the kitchen sink and outside of a couple of punches on Molinas part, Lucas damn near nullified him and shut him out. The punch comparison was crazy. Lucas adjusted and literally took everything away from Molina by rolling and parrying everything.

The people claiming Matthysse can't outbox Garcia, either didn't see the fight before the eye or just don't know what they're watching. Idk what it is about Angel's panick but every time he does, something happens. There was the Khan KO then the eye. Hell, I think he also panicked in the first Morales fight then Danny KDed him. The dude's panick is more powerful than Pacquiao's mom witchcraft.

And yea, they love to bring up the Molina fight like people don't know what happened. And forgetting that Garcia actually lost vs Herrera.

Danny Garcia for my money. Matthysse's power didn't really faze him and look how long it took him to get Molina out of there?

I think Garcia would just outbox him again and probably knock him down along the way as well.

That's exactly how I see it. Garcia has already proven he can handle Matthysse's power and out box him. Garcia didn't look good in his last fight, but that was probably due to him not taking that challenge seriously. He will rise to the occasion against Matthysse and beat him again.
