Carl Froch has promised fireworks when he "goes to war" with George Groves in their eagerly anticipated rematch this Saturday, live on Sky Sports Box Office.

Referee Howard Foster controversially stopped Groves when the pair clashed last November, eventually leading the IBF to order a rematch.

And speaking at a public workout at Broadmarsh Shopping Centre in Nottingham Froch has promised to bring his game 'A' game to Wembley Stadium on Saturday night.

"I've put my body through three months of torture and hell - that's what it's been torture and hell - for the British public because I am going to war," Froch told Sky Sports.

Unless groves goes in gun-ho and gets tagged I expect Groves to batter Froch and out box him again , wheather he can maintain this for 12 , we'll see as he was looking tired before the stoppage and was lunging with his punches but it was Froch who looked the surprising panda like mess after the event and I do agree with the fact Froch is having trouble keeping it together...should be fun , hope there's a number 3 !

The trainers are the only ones who speak any sense here... It's interesting the amount of respect Robert McCracken shows when he talks about Groves since the first fight.

If Groves doesn't win early he won't win at all. And I don't think he can win early against a fully focused Carl Froch. Froch will win, imo, sometime in the second half of the fight. I don't think Groves is rugged or durable enough to go 12 rounds with Froch.
