Just like Lucas Martin Matthysse was "too strong" too. It bothers me when you guys just make assumptions like this one knowing Danny Garcia can take a punch and has never been KO'd.

Like i said earlier in this thread, this would be a great match up and i consider Ruslan along with AB as the only names left for Swift to clean out the 140 division.

It would be a competitive fight but i give the edge to Danny due to his experience , Ruslan's best W is 'mike alvarado'. Enough said.

Danny's power is on par with any puncher, question is how will Danny's power affect Ruslan pressure? Will Ruslan fight smarter? Ruslan is a skilled brawler, if he comes right in and eats too many left hooks he going be sleeping. At some point Danny will hit the button if given enough chances, Danny Garcia has a good feel when and where to place a left hook, reminds me in the NFL, some QB that just feel the pressure and step up in the pocket at the right moment without looking, Danny Garcia has that feel with his left hook, doesn't need to see it, he feels it.

People underrating Garcia again.....Provonikov was soundly beaten by Herrera too.

Garcia can handle fighters like Provonikov, he's shown that. Still, a pretty close pick em fight right now probably.
