Completely unrelated to what I was asking for here. The guy in your article was A.) beaten by police into making a confession and B.) accused of ****.

I'm asking for an example of a man being sentenced to a prison term for assaulting a female without evidence. Unfortunately, a forced confession is more than enough to sway a jury's mind in this country.

Banks took a plea deal and plead no contest instead of pleading innocent and going to trial.

Once again - Show me an example of a case going to trial where a man was sentenced to a prison term for assaulting a woman without evidence and without the police beating him into confessing or taking a plea deal because he's a moron.

Shootings have happened over less. Dudes can get twisted up over a female. TI ain't much to look at.. but he's straight from that life. And he got cash. He could put a contract out on Floyd if he wanted to, with little risk of it being traced back to him.

Sad but true. And at the same time, May could do that to T.I. but T.I. is living dat life and I don't see May risking his freedom by potentially getting caught up in a murder trial if it came down to it. T.I. would. I HOPE this all blows over.

You are asking for a man being sentenced with no evidence...that's almost a pointless statement to make...just a woman making the accusation is considered "evidence" anything circumstantial can be evidence...so obviously in every sexual assault case...the woman is accusing the man of doing it..that is evidence...so your point is really not worth much...

How many have lied about sexual assault charges...who knows? according to DNA evidence...a lot...I can name Tupac and Mike Tyson as examples of claims where there was very shaky evidence... but there are so many cases...the problem is prosecutors never prosecute women for lying they just let them go free...look at the Duke Lacrosse team scandal...among so many others..
