Itīs funny how in the US the term " succesful" means you made money, period. Being smart, compassionate, educated, polite, studious, having culture, etc. means jack if you are not rich, therefore succesful. Someone like Floyd who is unable to speak proper English, canīt use the verb To be correctly, the present simple tense, etc., is arrogant, a loud mouth, a racist, talks about frivolities, has no honoer in the ring and as a man, is a women beater, etc. is considered succesful by many Afrocentrists on this site.
