Gotta know for future reference, when he fights KOvalev and gets kO'd in 6 rounds.... just flash this when people try to rag on him being weak chinned or what not
So who thinks Fonfara was tough tonight?

Nah, wasn't impressed. He got hurt 4-5 times, 3 times being to the body. And Stevenson just couldn't finish him off for whatever reason. Probably because outside of his left cross, he has no offensive arsenal. -
He's either really tough with extremely fast recovery times (he basically just popped back up like nothing happened every time) or he's the opposite... Kind of soft and just goes down and loses the round every time he gets hit to buy himself time.
Honestly it kind of looked like the latter.Comment

He does have a weak body punch resistance but the dude sure has balls and that's what counts. Big fat hairy balls, something which Adonis is lackingComment

He clearly showed Adonis has stamina issues that could be scary going against a guy like kovolev or another serious puncherComment

It could be dangerous against Kovalev, but only if Kovalev can keep the pace he fights in the later rounds. Also, it probably doesn't matter because a Stevenson-Kovalev fight would simply end before we get a chance to find out.
I laughed when the Showtime crew said it could be an issue against Hopkins though. I can't even remember when was the last time Hopkins pushed the pace of a fight!Comment

Nothing special. Didn't have the heart of a champion. Don't know why such fights have to reach the last round when one fighter's aim is just to last the distance. All he did was to protect his body. He could have just quit early and stop wasting people's time. Every effing round he slumps as if he's about to get hit on his body.Comment

Kovalev would have gotten Fonfara out in 3 probably. I was very surprised by Adonis everything looked off tonight.Comment
