Seriously, Eubank floored Froch? Not sure I can believe that, although it is only sparring. But it would surprise me. Maybe Froch fell down when they were sparring and ended up on the floor, but not knocked down in trouble I imagine.

I don't see where all the outrage is coming from. I've never heard of this guy. Don't know anything about this guy. From the post I've read so far it seems he's a prospect that's faced little to no opposition. But it's not like GGG has faced Hopkins resume either. GGG hasn't got the best of resumes but he's beaten domestic talent at least.

This guy has looked less than spectacular against opponents with more losses than wins, he's fought true journeymen, fighters that have part time jobs, who don't even train regularly and look malnourished.

I've followed Eubank Jr and while he's still far too green to even consider a Golovkin fight, he does have tremendous potential and I wouldn't doubt for a second that he could beat GGG in a few years. Golovkin vs Stevens was very revealing and while I like GGG a lot, it's clear that he has limitations that will be revealed when/if he ever faces better competition.
It's pointless to talk about it now though because Jr is still getting his feet wet.
