Hell yeah man, he does. I guess it indicates him having a lax defense, but for an offensive fighter to have that sort of quality is a plus...to me it indicates that they are in tremendous shape to recover, have heart, and are durable.

At least while they're relatively young, which yuri might not be anymore...so that is the question with Yuri for me. Are his legs good enough to recover like he used to

when he got hurt against Farenas...i thought he took longer to recover than ever before. Am i offbase here?

Very true, Crawford hasn't seen a fighter as skilled as gamboa.. I guess time will tell, I'm just hoping for a good fight and not a snoozer

Gamboa gotta know this is his last chance if he puts in another stinker he's done. In top form tho, I kinda like him in this hand foot speed, power, hopefully improved defense. I'm interested in seeing what happens if Gamboa lands good. If not, Bud jab right all day on Gamboa no problem

If Yuri is close to his best, he's taking this.

I do worry about ring-rust, especially against a much bigger opponent, but I believe Gamboa is the better fighter in virtually every department.

I'm sticking with my boy Gamboa, just like with Lara and Barthelemy, Perez I'm not so sure he looked gun shy in his last fight, like he didn't want to engage like he used to.

                    Picking Crawford by stoppage.

Looks like I won't get any action for a straight out win in the betting thread I made, so I'll make another.

Gamboa's 32. He hasn't had a rough pro career, but he's in the smaller weight divisions. Tough to say what he has left.

I agree on the Farenas observation. But Michael is a big puncher, so it's no surprise. A weaker chin might've gotten Gamboa KOed. I guess there's always more than one way to look at something. lol
