Man when will GGG face a live body? His resume sucks for a "number one contender"

He passes the eye test, but he isnt a prospect. He is a contender and you actually have to earn your ranking

Daniel Geale, Felix Sturm, and Sergio Martinez all have faced stiffer competition and beaten better fighters than GGG has.

He is a very good fighter and would love to see him fight Martinez for middleweight supremacy. Id Martinez shows his old form against Cotto and remains injury free, I would favor Martinez over GGG
The better question is when will all these "live bodies" stop ducking GGG??

Honestly IDK thats not my point

He looks great, but who has he fought....in my eyes he still has a lot to prove?? What he is he gonna do when he is behind on the cards,in a dirty fight, not walking through an opponent, or the other fighter can take his shot...the time will come when he consistently faces top 5 guys

WHat I do know is Sturm is more proven I'd rather see a fight than speculate on it

My point is its put up or move up time for GGG

Im not a part of the majority that thinks everyone is ducking him....His management, politics, etc. play a part to why he hasnt fought many formidible fighters

          Martinez, took on Cotto
          Quillin, a ****ing joke
Sturm, yeah right, dude been ducking
Chavez Jr., denied a minimum $12, max $17 mil fight deal. (A bit understandable to dodge Arum's sneaky plans to keep him signed forever)

You hate GGG, but you love Quillin. What's the difference?

Quillin might be a joke but if they fought tomorrow he would be the toughest competition up to this point. How sad is that? But seriously I think GGG's team has to put the screws to HBO. GGG has put up the numbers on HBO to prove that. HBO needs to put up enough money so that the top contenders/champions can't duck him. GGG should be making more money than anybody on HBO not named Pacquiao or Cotto.

Pretty much this. He's just waiting to see who will step up. I don't think people realize how good this boy is. Wards ducking, chavez, kirkland, quillin, martinez, etc. Nice touch at the end

He's fought the best guys available at 160. The ones that would fight him. He and his team have done all in there power to fight the elite at 160.

That's all you can really ask of a fighter trying to conquer the division.

Not so different then the path taken by Marvin Hagler.
