You can't be mad a Cotto?

Cotto for the first time in a big fight, is the A side. Puerto Rican people are a real proud people. Two times, two this did happen to Cotto. As a man put yourself in Cotto shoes, this is his first time and quite frankly his last time if he loses as the A side in a big fight. He seen Floyd and manny have that moment at his expense, under the lights, ppv a big time fight. He's only human let him have his moment. You wanna know why, he brings it and he brings it every time, he deserves this and it's past due.

Cotto disrespected a boxing tradition, the champ is announced 2nd period. Flat out doesn't respect the sport. Speak to PR boxing fans, and i mean from the Island, they dont like him either.

I remember when Pacquiao fought Bradley on the rematch, Pacquiao came in first since he was not champion, regardless of this A/b side nonsense, he knows it is boxing tradition, and he showed respect to Bradley and the sport.

So remind me, when Cotto fought Mayweather, who was announced first?

Look at the end of the day it doesn't matter. This is something that Martinez is doing to pump himself up for the fight even more.

The bell will ring, and none of those "advantages" will mean anything.

I can't believe people are even making a big deal about this.

Who really gives a **** which fighter comes out first? What impact does that have on the fight?

None but I do understand Martinez' point though. I just think it's something he's using to motivate himself more than anything else.

Cotto is fighting in MSG, that place is PR north so of course he's going to get all the bells and whistles.
