I don't know if Manny is still juicing but I'm convinced he was at some point. Most likely when he started to move up in weight classes and knocking people out left and right.

But I also think Floyd Mayweather is/was using PEDs as well and Victor Conte has expressed that sentiment also.

EDIT: I understand Larry's agenda here and he does have a point. There is a clear double standard when it comes to this PED issue. People are turning a blind eye to their likeable fighters such as Manny and crucifying the less popular ones such as JMM. But to be fair, I think JMM's PED usage is waaaaaaaay more obvious than anyone else.
