Nobody is a hall of famer while they are fighting, but i digress. How dare Floyd, fighting guys ranked 1,2, or 3 in the division or a champion, and usually coming off a fight of the year candidate, a career defining win, or the best win of their career. How dare he do that? He should be ashamed of fighting those type of guys.

Margarito coming off getting knocked out, beating a nobody and a year suspension gets to now fight Manny? Get what i am saying, its not always who you fight but when you fight them.
so what are u trying to say then? that manny only fight guys coming off losses? and um lets see u quoted the other poster, the other poster was saying if u look at manny's career at the beginning in the lower weight, its not that impressive. then u said i say it all the time, its not who u fight but when u fight them. then u started naming guys like clottey, shane, marg. those are guys he fought at the higher weight. thats why i was asking u are u trying to say guys like morales, barrera, etc didnt count?

For those of you who thought there was any Chance of Floyd and Manny fighting, at any time, well I am laughing at all of you.

All you saw from both sides was smoke and mirrors, the appearance of negotiations, to ease down public pressure, then mixed with a lot of posturing. You had two over paid fighters, fighting easy targets, for huge money. There was no incentive for them to fight each other. Huge money was not the incentive, as they were already making it.

if you actually followed boxing instead of just floyd you would know that boxing promoters buy rankings all the time for favored fighters or fighters looking to create #1 contender status for the sake of having a false narrative to sell a promotion.

how many times have we exposed boxing orgs giving unjustified rankings to fighters?

No, I didnt say that. Did I. I stated (once again), "Its not ALWAYS who you fight, its WHEN you fight them." He also fought Morales after he lost to Barerra, but thats neither here nor there. Didnt he fight Morales and there was something about weight draining? i cant remember details on that. But all in all, I am speaking of situations in which the fight take place. Hell, you can even say Cotto was 1-2 in his last 3 fights before he fought Manny. So having a name on your resume is great, but it also depends on when that name came up. Get what i am saying my man?

If i actually followed boxing? Yeah ok dude. Ok throw out what i stated about rankings then. How dare he fight champions, lineal champions, fighters coming off fight of the year candidates, coming off their career defining win, or the best win of their career.

Weight has nothing to do with what I stated dude. Technically Tim was coming off a win, but from what this board stated, he lost 2 of 3 fights before Manny/Bradley II, but thats neither here nor there.

so now we should go with what the board stated? tim was coming off a win officially. and since u brought up cotto, he was also coming off a win off clottey. so not sure where ur going with this?? and if weights have nothing to do with this then u shouldnt quote the other guy when he was speaking on manny's lower weight run.
