I don't have a problem with this, this is the best case scenario, IMO. Unify with Stiverne, then the winner takes care of IBF and WBC mandatorys- Pulev and Wilder

If Stiverne fight doesnt go through then it'll likely be Wlad-Pulev in September

So they payed Wilders fee of $10m then? or they hoping the fight gets sanctioned and Stiverne don't get Stripped?

WBC have been clear, Stiverne is to fight Wilder. They don't permit unifications either.

It seems Wlad really does not want to fight Pulev. Time to vacate Wladdy.

I think for Stiverne this is the best option money wise. He's not gonna make millions fighting Deontay Wilder and there's a good chance he loses that fight.

Fighting Wlad, he's guaranteed to make probably at least $5 million, if not more

The IBF will grant Wladimir an optional unification fight and Wilder will get some cash to step aside for the time being. (he will get more than he's ever made in a fight but no way he gets close to 10m)

That said, I want to see this fight but don't think Pulev should have to wait any longer. Wilder doesn't deserve a shot anyways and couldn't care less if he has to wait longer.

WBC has the last say and they won't sanction the fight unless Haymon/Schaefer says so.

Wlad should do the honorable thing and fight Pulev first.

I feel bad for Kubrat, he's been waiting too long for his shot. Unlike many others, he's earned his chance.
