Wlad is already a top ten ATG even though I don't consider him better than Vitali overall.
Wlad already has the 2nd most HW title fight wins, 2nd longest reign and 3rd most consecutive defenses. No way he's not top ten already if Foreman is.

The options here are slightly weighted. "No he'll never be in my top ten" is the only "no" vote to the question.
There could be another selection of fighters that would make him top ten, just not those given in the question.Comment
