Amateur Boxing while I was fighting back in 2012
Run tues thurs sat , mix it up with long distance, quick 3 miles and sprints/intervals
Strength training on Tuesday
Boxing gym on wed fri sometimes Monday
Been put off due to injuries and college. Gained nearly 20kg since my last fight back in 2012 November mostly muscle though. As soon as exams are done in June, will step in the ring and start amateur boxing again, can't wait!Comment
