Shawn Porter isn't signed with GBP so there's a good chance of that happening or atleast it's possible.

Both Marquez and Porter have expressed interest in the fight aswell.

Porter's a tough fight for Marquez though.

Why is Arum willing to speak to GBP about Marquez foes when he should be speaking to them about Pac foes?

Pac currently has 1 fight left with Top Rank. Why waste it on GBP when there's Provodnikov, who could possibly upset Manny? If he upsets Manny, Ruslan is obedient and Manny does business with TR again.

If i'm not mistaken Juan Manuel 'Dinamita' Marquez has expressed interest in a match with Shawn 'Showtime' Porter before. That or Danny 'Swift' Garcia at 140 are way more appealing than a fith fight with Manny 'Pacman' Pacquiao.

Porter or swift the legend deserves to try and either win a belt in a fifth weight class or try and become the undisputed king at 140 like he was at 135.

The Marquez we saw last night would stop Broner and Danny Garcia. Maidana would be a toss up but I would give JMM the edge as well. Porter may have the size to hang with Marquez though.

Reasons why Pac-JMM 5 will happen...

Swift the legend? Lol.

Reasons why a fifth fight will happpen.

1.) There are no other viable opponents out there for JMM because of the Cold War except:
-Shawn Porter and why would he want to fight him when Porter is very high risk but no "financial" reward. Shawn's just not a household name. His namesake comes from being Pacquiao's sparring partner if that tells you anything...

2.)Because ending the Cold War will take more than just stroking ODLH's D*** and that means Juan is limited. Bob knows Marquez is caught between a rock and a hard place and he's already offered him a handsome purse for the fight cause he's expecting big numbers from the fight in Macao...

3.)Because JMM wants that 5th weight class title soooo bad that he's not gonna say no.

These are exciting times, JMM has to choose. He can retire now and keep his legacy at an all time high coming off a win over a legit quality opponent in Alvarado and hang on to that great feeling orrrr..... He can take a high risk fight against Pacquiao for the biggest payday of his life and that fifth title being the first Mexican to do so in history. Let's wait and see what happens.

last time i checked marquez hasn't been KTFO.....or lost to a nobody like david diaz
