If you think he's in the same class as Marquez/PAC you're flat out delusional.
OK then we agree. World class fighters are not "C Level" by the very definition. Especially those fighters who are ranked in the top 10 of their divisions. That's got to AT LEAST be above average.

And your logic is ******ed. Pac is 2-2 in his last 4 and Marquez is 2-2 in his last 4 going into this fight. Cotto is 1-2 in his last 3. Hopkins lost 3 out of 5 at one point in his career. Some C Class fighters, huh?

You have to look at the names behind the record. There is no shame in losing to fighters like Mayweaher, Pacquiao and Marquez. Now if he turns around and loses to some journey man ranked 15-20, then you can start talking about C/D class or whatever.

And funny how Arum praises fighters like Alvarado, meanwhile he slams Rigondeaux who is a p4p top 10 fighter, because his style is "boring".

Good post, That's how I saw the second fight too, Mike realized he couldn't stand toe to toe with Rios and ran/box the second half. He won the the fight but didn't win the fight Rios wasn't even fazed

Personally the only fight I want to see with Alvarado is Rios, Alvarado vs Bradley is pointless and he hasn't earned a Manny fight. That's pretty much TR stable right there kind of lame.

I like Alvarado but he doesn't deserve praise for this fight. His gameplan (whatever it was) was way off, and he didn't throw or take risks, content to sit behind a high guard.

Marquez chewed him up when he tried to get inside on him. Like he does to pretty much everyone except Pacquiao

                    2nd maybe third

second or maybe third class boxer, That's what alvarado is , Plus he has no brain by claming he won. How the **** he thinks he won? Only if he's on drugs can he be so distorted from reality. Man get help. He blew a 3 mill fight with pac so maybe that's what's eating his heart right now.
plus he lost to a granpa. He's such a moron fighting like if he was ahead in the fight. What a ******ed. Well at least he can make 25 k fight. That's what he's worth for getting his ass whipped be second class fighters. nitramzaid@hotmail.com

So alvarado gets praise for getting the snot beat out of him, and where the punch ratio was 4 to 1 in favor of marquez, but rigo puts on a clinic and HBO wants to throw up? If a fighter loses enough times, the people will grow tired of him. Ask Pac. He was lying gace down against Marquez, and arum still praises Pac.
