Yeah that was pretty bad, especially the first half of the fight. Alvarado just didn't look like he was there to win. Horrible game plan, couldn't pull the trigger, spent the majority of the bout just waiting around. Even when he finally landed some shots and hurt Marquez, there was no urgency whatsoever, just more waiting around. Maybe the Provodnikov fight did take something out of him. He looked a bit gun shy. What was really frustrating was watching him eat punches to get inside, then when he got there, he would just stand there and not work. Wtf. Could have been way more competitive, but Alvarado just let Marquez take it.
