Tarver is gonna kick his old ass all over the ring and out the door of boxing. Sayonara and good riddance.

No way did Taylor sweep the first 6 rounds of the rematch.

I don't agree with that at all, but that's a topic for another thread.

Tarvers last knockout was in May 2004, while Hopkins was in September of the same year. So Hopkins had the more recent knockout.

oh wait, did you score round 1 for Hopkins? I definitely had Taylor winning 8 rounds in that one, and pretty obviously too. Hopkins won some close rounds, but Taylor won his rounds definitively.

What you scored the fight means very little to me. You scored the 1st Jones Tarver fight for Tarver did you not?

Scoring's subjective bro. There was split opinion on both those fights, so your high and mighty attitude that your opinion is gospel doesn't fly.

Please stick to the topic of the thread. There's a hundred threads where this has been debated to death.

Tarver has to drop 30lbs to make his weight again.

I think Tarver could end up really hurting Hopkins badly.

But, Tarver did put on weight for the movie and he looked huge. Hopkins has a point in that Tarver may suffer a bit too much from making weight. This may be enough for Hops to win over the unspectacular Tarver.

Tarver is good. Hops WAS great. Tarver is bigger, but that might play into Nard's hands due to the weight. This is interesting.

Its a crap fight. I get bored just thinking about how it could go. Its a worthless ppv. Bernard and Tarver have taken enough of my money only to show up and half-ass it. Not this time.
