I think Thurman can compete with Floyd. Floyd isn't that knock you out with one punch type fighter so Thurman would at least be in the fight early. But I'm not sure if he could fight Maidanas fight. He doesn't have Maidanas karate chop over hand right either. So I'm not sure if he could land anything clean when Floyd goes to the ropes. But he could compete with Floyd.

But I wouldn't want this fight, Thurman has a lot of potential and he's coming out as a knockout artist which we don't see a lot. At least in his fights you know his going for the KO and none of that 'ill box and if the KO comes it comes' cliche. He should carry on his career and just keep ktfo opponents as it's good for us fans
