Wladimir Klitchko. He swims more than he runs for endurance. Name any other notable fighter that swims as part of their training camp. Lap swim, not doggie paddling about.

      It's always Wlad isn't it?

I doubt Wlad can do what AJ/Jennings can do in athletics.

So what? Is swimming suddenly on a higher level than running in the standards of athletics?

Swim a lap and then you tell me. Swimming is a very athletic exercise. It is a full body workout in a foreign element. But, you would have to actually exercise to know that.

Haha. Alright, so what you're saying is you don't know?

Vitali Klitschko also incorporated swimming, but I think primarily 2004 and before. I read somewhere that VK stopped doing swimming or weight lifting after 2004 because of the injuries! Not sure if that's 100% accurate though.

If you know how to read context, then you can clearly see that I do know and I was taking a passive aggressive jab at you with the last part of my statement. But you'd have to be able to interpret what you read in order to do so.

He probably is in the top 5, as he does move very fast for a guy so heavily built, not only that he can use his power too rather than some stiff beefed up bodybuilder trying to compete in MMA.

In regards to his physique back when he was in his late teens & early 20's whilst at a event in London I spoke to a guy I knew who lives closeby to him, and he told me that Joshua who was involved in crime and the distribution of drugs sold and used steroids too before his big debut and that he was advised to keep away from them when he got into the pro scene

People who have known him for a long time try and hide his involvement in the use of HGH in the last few years which has led to his large muscular build.

Then again Wlad, Vitali and some other beasty HW's are also on the good old undetectable HGH, hence why they remain so ripped and muscular.

I hope he does do well though as the British heavyweight scene is dead, and he seems a decent kid now.

You are so right , swimming a mile is a lot easier than running a mile. Why would any athlete swim as exercise?
