Mayweather is a different type of draw. People watch to see him lose.
Pacman is more like a Tyson-type draw. People want to see action and not necessarily see fighters lose. You can say the same thing with other past, present and maybe future PPV fighters, Cotto, Canelo, etc.
I don't expect any more Mayweather-type draw fighters in the future. Lots of factors come into play when Mayweather decides to fight after a long layoff, like curiosity, ducking controversies, you name it. These things draw people... see him get punished.
Without them, he's just another boring, defensive fighter people would not bother watching.
