What's up with the ref on the second knockdown? When the count gets to eight Arreola is still down on his knee. Unless I'm mistaken, the next word out of the ref's mouth at that point should be "NINE!" (as the count continues).
However, he stopped at eight and asked Arreola if he was ok. Why? Chris hadn't even BEGUN to stand up at that moment. I've heard of a STANDING eight count, but never a "It's ok with me if you're still down on your knee"-eight count.
I like this ref generally. But what's going on there?
