He shouldn't care. If he gets DQed, it's controversial, makes Wlad look terrible, and could potentially lead to a rematch with a fairer ref. It always annoys me how none of Wlad's opponents do anything about his holding. Punch him in the nuts, headbutt him, wrench his arm, do something.
I agree with you that opponents should 'do something' say, in the case of the Povetkin fight. Povetkin could have done some roughhouse tactics and the fight would have been more watchable from a fans perspective. I actually do think Stiverne would play it rough, he's no nice guy in the ring.
Stiverne caught Arreola in close, swinging wild, not using his jab. Those are three things that Klitschko rarely does. He lives by his jab, his punches are accurate, and when he gets close, he ties up. Klitschko is everything that Arreola isn't, and stomping on his toes may only p:ss him off. Stiverne needs a real strategy, Wlad can get dirty too, but it will make the fight ugly.
I hate when fighters and trainers talk about their game plan, it shows just how inexperience alot of them are in this era of boxing. It's happening alot these days. Given the nature of competition, it's just plain ****** to disclose anything about your plan of attack, especially when it comes to combat sports.
Don house seems to be a pretty good trainer, but very inexperience at this elete level. He's talking about fouling a fighter if he holds, which most likely will work against his own fighter because fouling is illegal and holding is not.
Why aren't the Floyd fans in here trying to defend Wlad? I thought they were anti fighting dirty?
Once again this idiot is bringing up Floyd in a Heavyweight conversation. LOL Floyd is in your head, and has all of your thoughts, he won easily with you. You bring up race and Floyd, youre a loser go back to your alt. lol

The scenario I'd like to see would be a ref with a set of stones getting tough with Klit so he understands there will be NO holding excessively like he ALWAYS does. And deduct points a few times on his azz. THAT would make it a tough, competitive, interesting fight to watch. And oh yeah, make the fight on U.S. soil! Enough of this Germany b.s.
