The fight is less than a month out. Sergio looks bad. Hopefully, his legs and stamina are up to par on June 7th. I like both fighters but I'm hoping to see a good performance from Sergio. The most important thing is that he finishes the fight injury free.

Usually, these threads say the fighter is in beast mode. Sergio doesn't look like much of a beast though lol.

Martinez looks old because, well, he IS old and last time we saw him was nearly a year ago.

I bet that knee will trouble him again if Cotto puts the pressure on.

Exactly if Cotto moves from side to side Martinez's knees will not be able to keep up with all the twisting and turninig.

On a side note; this will be Cotto's 2nd fight vs a knee injured guy, with Yury Foreman being the first, and being his first moving up in weight to 154. I still have Martinez as the clear victor but good luck to both guys.

Lmao. I just noticed the arm sleeve and knee pads smh. My attention was focused on his flabby stomach. I'm hoping for a vintage Sergio performance but I know better.

Cause Doktor posted a few videos of Martinez training (where these pics came from) and a few of us were calling the thing on his elbow an elbow brace and robust_ tried coming in the thread trying to be a smartass calling us nerds and saying that that's an arm sleeve and not an elbow brace....

lol Gotcha. In truth, although all those things look similar, they all have a different purpose. A brace provides the most support. It's not encouraging to see an athlete wearing one, since it belies a considerable injury. Sleeves are more on the the****utic tip, and pads are meant to cushion impact. I don't like seeing Sergio wearing anything on his joints at this stage, as it raises concern over his physical condition.
