Anyhow, yes he's definitely the best combination puncher in the game. It's a thing of beauty to watch him rip those fluid, accurate and powerful punches together. Nacho has really created a hell of a boxing system.

I agree, boxers that spend a significant amount of time under Nacho Beristain become masterful combination punchers.

A signature combo seems to be the jab-straight right-left uppercut. Sometimes followed by another straight right, then by a left hook to the head or a left hook to the body.

Marquez wasn't considered a drug cheat when he lit Katsidis and Diaz up. Those combinations he threw were so logical to bring about the correct finish. Once Pac got KTFO by a punch that always catch him and make him step back, Juan been accused of cheating. Funny how a guy with a Ricky Hatton avatar is the biggest defender of Pacs credibility when he was brutally going through convulsions on the mat which sent speculation about PAC drug use. Marquez is greater than Chavez in my opinion. I think he's the greatest Mexican fighter out of the country. The guy is supremely intelligent and is a master technician in the ring. I seen no one before him do what he does. He in my opinion should be in the top 20 ATG based on his skills and accomplishments. He actually beat legitimate champions at weight divisions when he moved up instead of picking on a series of david Diaz's like PAC.
