It says a lot about the sport of boxing when a guy like Arreola has so many fans and an up-and-coming fighter Wilder has so many haters. Yes, Wilder still has a lot to prove and he may never live up to the hype, but I'll take an in-shape prospect over an old tomato can with a dirty mouth and the same tired lifestyle excuses any day.

By the way, that right hand that Arreola says he didn't see coming was basically the same punch that dropped him in the last fight. Everybody watching the fight with an IQ over 70 knew it was coming.
Its a professional boxers opinion, which carries more weight than ours.

Poor Chris, he went from being "The Nightmare" to "The Wet Dream."

one thing has me confused. a guy like stiverne at 35 does not fight for a year gets in the ring and does not get tired at all arreola does. just like broner beaten from pillar to post and maidana is the one who gets tired. Bradley also out on his feet for 4 rounds savagely beaten down in the 12th round is fresher then provo. Oh I forgot bradley is a vegeterian. What are these guys taking?? is it flintstone vitamins??

Could it be Klitschko crack the Pinta and Stiverne broke it. Pacquiao took big shots from Cotto Maragarito, Mosley and they never phase him but he got knock out by Marquez who doesn't have the power of those 3. It's called accumulation of Punches. Margarito took bombs from Cotto and I'm sure that crack the chin and Mosley broke it

Wlad will still have 5 inches in height and about 7 inches in reach on Stiverne, lol

what a bunch of pathetic twats are on this thread! Every excuse in the book, castigating Chris...just shut your pieholes azzwypes. It was a good fight and Stiverne did a great job as did Chris. Bermaine moves pretty good he mighjt be able to get to Vlad if he does not get hugged to death.

I missed the post fight interview, but I thought Chris had cut out the junk food and beer etc? Is he now vowing to go 'clean' again? Only himself to blame on that one. Nearly every one of the body shots Stiverne landed had Chris backing up.

Good fight while it lasted and if Chris had more head movement & better conditioning it could have been a different story. Credit to Stiverne though. Legit test for Wilder.
