Wlad was never in the WBC rankings as Vitali had the title, Wilder worked his way up and earned his position. So he logically is the next in line. Is Wlad even ranked by the WBC now? NO!!! Sure he is the unified champion but he never showed intrest in becoming undisputed with the WBC before(i know he didnt want to fight his bother) and that is fine but he has no leg to stand on to jump over fighters who are ranked by the WBC

Wilder has a better chance of beating Wlad than Stiverne. Stiverne vs Wlad is not interesting. Have stiverne lose the belt to Wilder. Then We can have Wilder vs Klitschko. If Klitschko wants to come back to the US to fight for the Belt, He should fight Wilder, Not Stiverne.

wilder never deserved to be the mandatory in the first place. that said now that he has been named the mandatory that needs to be respected, flip flopping at this point and allowing wlad to just go past him would damage the integrity of the wbc and the sport even further.

Well it is kind of Stiverne's choice, Wlad is obviously the much bigger opportunity for him and Wilder is probably not going to lose so if Stiverne can make the most of that huge opportunity he can see Wilder later on.
